Our Story
Corespan Partners was founded with a clear vision: consulting should be practical, personal, and built around what clients truly need. Too often, organizations are given recommendations without the hands-on support to turn them into reality. We built Corespan to close that gap.
We exist to help leaders deliver on their most critical initiatives, from launching products and driving change to building the operating models that sustain growth. Just as important, we’re shaping a culture that values collaboration over ego, adaptability, and impact.

Our Founder
Corespan Partners was founded by Alex Shtraks, who brings 15+ years leading consulting delivery across a variety of complex life sciences transformations. With a depth of experience in product commercialization, Alex has led teams delivering work across dozens of product launches, digital innovation, and omnichannel programs. Alex built Corespan on a low-ego, agile culture and a dedication to pairing the right solutions and talent to exceed client expectations and deliver lasting impact.
